He served as a captain for his collegiate football team from 05-07, then moved on to found two successful companies to two separate industries, both with dozens of employees. The first being FreeAgentFootball.com, which is now the largest and most prestigious pro-football scouting agency in the world. It is currently used by the NFL and every other major league in existence. The second and newer company being PRO-DIP, LLC the patented, industry leading nutrient delivery-system corporation. It is dedicated to providing the highest quality products on the cutting edge of inventive oral pouch technologies for Global enterprise and the individual consumer alike. The company is built on its three (3) core values of: Integrity, Service and Impact.

A 1985 graduate of Iona College with a M.S. in Educational Administration, Mr. George St. Lawrence has spent his entire professional career as an administrator and coach in the NY State Public School system (retired). He is known for his highly successful tenure as the athletic director and head of the administrator’s union in the largest public school district in New York State (Monroe-Woodbury), consisting of 4,750 students. George oversaw a yearly budget of $169 million. In addition to his work as an administrator, he also a strong entrepreneurial background. He founded the successful Collegiate Development Football League (CDFL) in 2009. In 2012 he was the Co-Organizer of the "Euro-American Challenge" football game played in Warsaw, Poland on 9/1/2012. He served as the head coach for the American Team vs. a team of European professional All-Stars in a 34-7 victory. In 2014 he organized and coached the Cayman Classic, the first ever American football game on Grand Cayman. Presently he is the Co- Founder and Chief operating officer of the FAF ISS Bowl Games held in Myrtle Beach since 2008.
At PRO-DIP, George oversees the day-to-day operations to make sure the PouchWorks division is performing at optimal levels, and as always, staying true to its three core values of Integrity, Serviceand Impact. His experience and skills are diverse, including but not limited to:

Michael A. Starvaggi is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York and has offices in Nyack, NY. He has twenty-five years of experience in labor law, business and commercial law and commercial real estate law. Before starting his own practice in 2003, Mr. Starvaggi was employed at large and small New York City-based firms, including Thacher Proffitt & Wood. In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Starvaggi has significant entrepreneurial experience having owned and managed small and mid-sized businesses including personal service companies, online retail operations and real estate service-related businesses. Michael Seltzer has a career that has extended over 30 years experience in supply side distribution and sales, beginning in the Tobacco Industry, then leading into Food and Beverage, Wine and Spirits. Over the last several years Michael has led various companies in the growth and development of their business startup.

Managed sales and marketing of New England based distribution company for 5 year period. Results showed increase in Sales from $12 to $25 million.
Developed and supervised brokerage network across 27 states, managing growth of 3 consumer brands. Implemented strategy to narrow focus to 5 key markets to sustain growth and expansion.

Managed distribution and sales for incoming product diversity which enabled distributor to acquire more territory of service.
Evaluated and identified best approach to launch beverage company for initial introduction into the marketplace. These strategies proved to be the foundation for long term success.

Mr. Jeroloman, has been with PRO-DIP since its inceptions in 2015. He is a frequent speaker at national conferences including the Florida Public Pension Trustee Association and the American Alliance. Mr. Jeroloman’s area’s of expertise include evaluating service providers and partners, long-term strategic benefit assessment and planning, and maximizing company assets. He also serves on the Florida Public Pension Trustees Association Advisory Board.
Prior to joining PouchWorks, Mr. Jeroloman served as a police officer for the Delray Beach Police Department for 23 years. During his tenure he was a homicide/robbery detective, street level narcotics investigator, field training officer and a member of the S.W.A.T. and Terrorists Task Force.
Mr. Jeroloman served on the Delray Beach Police and Fire Pension Board for 14 years and as a Trustee and Chairman during his last five years. Mr. Jeroloman was also a member of the Delray Beach Fire and Police VEBA Board. He has spoken at many national pension conferences and has authored several articles about pension benefits and issues. He has conducted several financial seminars for pension plan members.
Mr. Jeroloman served 23 years as the president and union representative for the Police Benevolent Association (PBA) and Fraternal Order of Police. During his years with the Delray Beach Police Department, Mr. Jeroloman spent five years as a Deputy Sheriff with the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department. He was a member of the Joint Terrorists Task Force with the FBI, NYPD, Rockland County Sheriff’s Department, and union treasurer for
the PBA.
Mr. Jeroloman worked as a social worker for Saint Dominic’s Home (Part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York with locations in Manhattan, The Bronx, Staten Island, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester Counties)
Mr. Jeroloman earned his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. He was an associate scout with the Anaheim Angels and Texas Rangers, and volunteered as a youth baseball coach through high school levels.
Mr. Jeroloman also served as a director vice president for the Okeeheelee Athletic Association. Mr. Jeroloman started and was Chairman to Wellington High Baseball Booster Association and Palm Beach Central Baseball Booster Association.
